Why work with an ICF credentialed coach?
Why ICF Certification Matters:
When choosing a coach, credentials matter. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) sets the gold standard for professional coaching worldwide. ICF-certified coaches have completed rigorous training, demonstrated coaching competence, and committed to a strict code of ethics. This ensures you’re working with a qualified professional who upholds the highest levels of integrity, accountability, and skill in every coaching engagement.
What is a PCC:
A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) takes this commitment to an even higher level. PCCs have invested a minimum of 125 hours in advanced coach-specific training, completed at least 500 hours of client coaching experience, and proven their abilities through a demanding performance evaluation and situational assessment. This depth of experience means they bring mastery, confidence, and a refined skillset to help you unlock potential, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful, lasting results.
